California Medical Marijuana Regulation Bill Dies In Senate
(420 Times) California Assemblyman Tom Ammiano’s medical marijuana regulation bill – AB 2312 – has stalled and he withdrew it yesterday due to lack of support in the state Senate.
It was designed to clear up some of the confusion that currently reigns over the medical cannabis industry in CA and make it harder for cities and counties to ban dispensaries and the withdrawal of Ammiano’s bill means there is virtually no chance of addressing the issue this year.
