(420Times) Yesterday we told you about a rally being held this Thursday, October 4th by medical marijuana advocates in Los Angeles to protest the continuation of the federal medical marijuana crackdown. We now have more details about the rally, courtesy of a press release from a coalition of patients, caregivers and advocates.

On Thursday, October 4, 2012 please join Medical Cannabis Patients, Americans for Safe Access, the Greater Los Angeles Collective Alliance, the UFCW Local 770 and other allies for a protest in front of the Edward Roybal Federal Building in downtown Los Angeles.

Medical Cannabis Patients and their advocacy groups want to let the federal government know that they are unhappy with the escalation in federal pressure in Los Angeles – including renewed raids, confiscating property, and other intimidation.

The lively but peaceful protest will start at 1:30 PM in front of the Federal Building located at 255 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
